At the age of seven I weighed 145 pounds. My mother would buy me clothes from the teens section or adults section just so that it would fit me. With determination, I promised myself that I will be more healthier and one day I will be able to wear clothes that I want. As I take the path to fitness it wasn't as easy as I expected it to be. Discipline and sacrifice were the two most important things that I carried along with me. And today my journey hasn't ended but I am glad that as early as now I am able to inspire those who aim of having a healthier body. One of the reasons why I created Dolce & Amor is I want to show everyone that there are healthy snack and desserts that will satisfy your cravings and at the same time is healthy for your body. These easy to make snacks will make your journey to fitness easier. However you always have to keep in mind that to much of everything is bad. It doesn't mean that it's healthier than your usual snacks you will eat thrice more. Keep yourself disciplined and sacrifice the things that will not make you a better person you will surely achieve your goals in life.
